• Net Profit Requirement for Payout: Your net profit must exceed 50% of your daily drawdown limit to request a payout.

Trade Structure & Risk Controls

• No All-In Trades: Risking the entire account balance on a single trade is prohibited.
• Hedging: Hedging across accounts is forbidden, even if accounts belong to the same trader.
• Copy Trading: Copying trades between evaluation accounts is prohibited; each must be traded independently.
• Expert Advisors (EAs): EAs are allowed under the condition that each trader uses a unique strategy not shared with other users, and that EAs do not involve arbitrage.
• High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Over 50% of trades must remain open for more than one minute, preventing excessive ultra-short-term trading.

News, Overnight & Inactivity Rules

• News Trading:
  • Allowed during evaluation phases
  • Prohibited around high-impact news (typically ±5 minutes) in funded accounts to prevent excessive volatility risk.
• Overnight/Weekend Holding: Allowed across all account types, though traders must manage risks related to market gaps and slippage.
• Inactivity Policy: Accounts inactive for 90 days will be closed without refund, placing at least one trade within this timeframe is required.

Profit Split

• Traders start with an 80% profit split, with the potential to scale up to 100% based on consistency and performance.

Payout Frequency

• The first payout is available after 14 calendar days.
• After that, traders can request payouts on-demand.

Payout Conditions

Scaling Plan 

E8 Markets offers a Drawdown Scaling Plan that rewards consistent profitability by increasing both account balance and drawdown limits.

• Step 1: Once traders meet the profit conditions, they can request a withdrawal.
• Step 2: On approval, traders receive 80% of profits within 8 days, with further withdrawals available every two weeks.
• Step 3: Profits kept in the account are added to the trading balance, allowing traders to operate with greater capital.
• Step 4: With each profitable cycle, the maximum loss (drawdown) limit increases by +1%, until it reaches a cap of 14%.

This progressive scaling system gives traders both a growing account size and more room to manage risk as they demonstrate consistent performance.
